The PGST PB-68 sensor comes with a pre-installed Lithium Ion battery. When the battery level is low, your PGST alarm host or mobile application will typically notify you. To replace the battery:

Carefully detach the main sensor unit from its mounting surface.

Remove the old Lithium Ion battery.
Insert a new 3.7V Lithium Ion battery, ensuring correct polarity.
Close the battery compartment and re-mount the sensor.
