- Controller not detected: Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the controller and the device. Try a different USB port or cable.
- No data flow: If the controller powers on but is not recognized by any system (Windows, PopOS, consoles), attempt to access the web konfiguraator.
Web Configuration Access
The Mytrix M16 features a built-in embedded web configuration interface for advanced settings and firmware updates.
