- Do Not Cover Controller: Never leave the controller covered when in use to prevent overheating.

- A: If an ERROR is detected, the controller display will show an "E" followed by a number, and the power to the heating element will not be turned on. Follow the instructions in your manual for specific troubleshooting steps related to the error code.

- A: This is normally caused by one area of the heating element being bunched or pinched. If any portion of the wire is twisted on itself, manually twist it back.

- A: No. The control will feel warm (not hot) to the touch when functioning properly. Even when the controller is off, small amounts of electricity will cycle through it, which may make the controller warm. If the controller gets hot to the touch, please contact customer service.
