1. Sissejuhatus

This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and effective assembly, operation, and maintenance of the GIMA Service Trolley, Model 45835. This height-adjustable instrument trolley is designed for use in medical environments, such as operating rooms, featuring a removable AISI 304 stainless steel shelf with a Scotch Brite finish and a 360° swivel tray. 4. Seadistamine ja kokkupanek

Follow these steps to assemble your GIMA Service Trolley. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.

1. Attach the Base to the Column: Carefully connect the base unit, which includes the wheels and the hydraulic pump, to the main tubular support column. Ensure the connection points are aligned and secure them using the provided hardware (screws, bolts). Tighten all fasteners firmly.
2. Install the Swivel Tray Mechanism: Attach the swivel mechanism to the top of the main support column. This mechanism will hold the stainless steel tray. Ensure it is oriented correctly and secured tightly.
3. Place the Stainless Steel Tray: Position the removable AISI 304 stainless steel shelf onto the swivel mechanism. The tray should fit snugly and be able to rotate freely when the fixing knob is loosened.
4. Check Wheel Functionality: Verify that all three wheels rotate freely. Test the brakes on the two braked wheels to ensure they engage and disengage properly.

5. Kasutusjuhised

5.1. Kõrguse reguleerimine

• To tõsta the trolley: Ensure no heavy objects are on the tray. Repeatedly press the foot pedal located at the base of the column. The hydraulic pump will lift the tray to the desired height.
• To madalam the trolley: Gently press and hold the foot pedal. The trolley will slowly descend. Release the pedal when the desired height is reached.
• The height can be adjusted between 90 cm and 126 cm.

5.2. Swivel Tray Operation

• The stainless steel tray can rotate 360 degrees.
