Using the Blade Inserts

Dicing/Slicing Procedure

1. Prepare your vegetable or fruit by peeling if necessary and cutting it into pieces that fit comfortably onto the blade insert without overfilling.
2. Place the prepared food item onto the center of the chosen blade insert.
3. With both hands, firmly and quickly press down the dicer top. The pressing grid will push the food through the blades into the collection container below.
4. Repeat the process until all food is processed.
