Seadistamine ja installimine

Installing your Dermum Smart Lock is designed to be straightforward, requiring only a screwdriver for most installations. Before beginning, ensure your door's dimensions are compatible with the lock specifications.

Ühilduvuse kontroll

Verify your door's bore hole diameter, backset, and thickness match the requirements. If your existing deadbolt overlaps with the smart lock's long handle, the deadbolt may need to be moved to the bottom hole, and the smart lock installed on top.

Paigaldamise etapid

1. Prepare the door: Ensure existing hardware is removed and the door is clean.
2. Install the latch and strike plate: Secure them into the door frame.
3. Install the exterior assembly: Place the keypad and handle on the outside of the door.
4. Install the interior assembly: Connect the interior handle and battery cover.
5. Connect the power: Insert the required batteries (not included).
6. Test the lock: Verify all functions work correctly.

Patarei vahetus

The smart lock is powered by batteries (not included). The smart app will provide alerts when the battery level is low, indicating it's time for replacement. Ensure to use the recommended battery type for optimal performance and longevity.

• Keep the fingerprint sensor and keypad clean and free from debris to ensure accurate recognition.
• Avoid exposing the lock to extreme weather conditions or direct water spray, especially if installed in an unprotected outdoor area. While weather-resistant, prolonged exposure can affect performance.
