2. Insert the removable drip pan into the base. Ensure it is correctly seated.

2. The indicator light on the temperature probe will illuminate, indicating the unit is heating. It will turn off once the set temperature is reached.
3. Allow the grill to preheat for approximately 5-10 minutes for optimal cooking results.
4. Place food directly onto the preheated nonstick cooking surface. Due to the nonstick coating, little to no oil is required.
5. Monitor food as it cooks. Adjust the temperature as needed using the control dial.
6. When cooking is complete, turn the temperature control dial to the 'OFF' position and unplug the unit from the wall outlet.
