2. Komponendid

Your Bialetti New Venus coffee maker consists of three main parts:

1. Lower Chamber (Boiler): Holds the water. Features a patented safety valve.

3. Upper Chamber (Collector): Collects the brewed coffee. Screws onto the lower chamber.

Before using your Bialetti New Venus for the first time, it is recommended to wash all components with water only, without detergent. Brew coffee three times and discard the resulting coffee to season the pot and remove any manufacturing residues.

1. Unscrew the upper chamber from the lower chamber.
2. Remove the filter funnel from the lower chamber.
3. Wash all three components thoroughly with warm water. Do not use soap or abrasive materials.

Follow these steps to brew authentic Italian coffee with your Bialetti New Venus:

1. Fill the Lower Chamber: Fill the lower chamber with cold water up to the level of the safety valve. Do not exceed this level.

2. Insert Filter Funnel: Place the filter funnel into the lower chamber.

6. Pruulimine: As the water heats, it will rise through the coffee grounds and into the upper chamber. You will hear a gurgling sound as the coffee brews.

• After each use, allow the coffee maker to cool completely.
• Unscrew the upper chamber and remove the filter funnel.

• IMPORTANT: Do not use detergents, abrasive materials, or place the coffee maker in a dishwasher. This can damage the product and affect the taste of your coffee.
• Dry all parts completely before reassembling and storing. Store disassembled to allow for air circulation.

• Coffee not brewing or slow brewing: Ensure the pot is tightly screwed together. Check that the coffee grounds are not tamped too tightly, which can restrict water flow.

• Bitter coffee: This can occur if the coffee brews for too long or at too high a temperature. Using pre-heated water in the lower chamber can also reduce brewing time and prevent bitterness.
• Water leaking from the side: Ensure the upper and lower chambers are screwed together tightly and the rubber gasket is properly seated and not worn.
