Seadistamine
1. Kaamera ühendamine
Connect the camera to the main codec unit using the supplied camera cable. Ensure the connection is secure.
2. Connecting the Microphone Array
Plug the microphone array into the audio input port on the codec unit. For optimal audio pickup, place the microphone array centrally on the conference table.
3. Kuvariga ühendamine
Use the HDMI cable to connect the codec unit's HDMI output to your display (monitor or projector).
4. Võrguühendus
Connect an Ethernet cable from your network router or switch to the LAN port on the codec unit. This provides network access for video calls.
5. Sisselülitamine
Connect the power supply to the codec unit and then plug it into a power outlet. The system will begin its startup sequence.

Helistamine
- From the home screen, navigate to the "Call" menu using the remote control.
- Enter the IP address or SIP URI of the participant you wish to call.
- Press the "Call" button to initiate the connection.
Kaamera reguleerimine
Use the directional arrows on the remote control to pan, tilt, and zoom the camera during a call. The camera can be adjusted to frame participants appropriately.
Sisu jagamine
To share content from a laptop or other device, connect it to the appropriate input port (e.g., HDMI or VGA) on the codec unit. Select the content source from the on-screen menu.

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your Polycom RealPresence Group 500 system.
