- Prepare the Glass Panel: Clean all glass panel edges that will receive seal strips with rubbing alcohol. Cut and install the seal strip according to the diagram, ensuring the flange is on the inside of the shower.
- Attach Hinges to Glass: Clean the glass surface where the hinges will be installed with rubbing alcohol. Place gaskets on each side of the door glass panel. Screw the hinges to the door glass panel using the supplied hex key. Place a shim between the glass and the hinge on the bottom to prevent metal-on-glass contact.
- Positsioon ja märk: With assistance, carefully position the door on the tub ledge. Use shims to raise the door approximately 7/16" to accommodate the bottom door seal strip. Align the door correctly using a level. Mark two holes on the wall for the mounting screws for each hinge.

The VIGO Orion tub door is designed for smooth, effortless operation. To open the door, gently pull the horizontal handle outwards. To close, push the door back until it rests against the tub ledge. The outward-opening hinges provide ample space for entry and exit.
