4. Seadistamine
4.1. Aku paigaldamine
- Avage seadme tagaküljel asuv patareipesa kate.
- Insert the specified batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Sulgege akupesa kaas kindlalt.
4.2. Sondi ühendus
- Connect the pH electrode to the designated BNC connector on the device. Ensure a firm connection.
- Connect the temperature probe to its dedicated input jack.
- Ensure all connections are clean and dry before use.
5. Kasutusjuhised
5.1. Toite sisse / välja lülitamine
Vajutage nuppu SISSE/VÄLJA button to power on the device. Press and hold the SISSE/VÄLJA button for approximately 3 seconds to power off.
5.2. Kalibreerimine
Regular calibration is crucial for accurate measurements. Refer to the specific calibration procedure for pH and Redox measurements outlined below.
5.2.1. pH kalibreerimine
- Valmistage ette värsked pH-puhverlahused (nt pH 4.00, 7.00, 10.00).
- Rinse the pH electrode thoroughly with distilled water and blot dry.
- Immerse the electrode in the first buffer solution (e.g., pH 7.00).
- Enter calibration mode as per the device's menu.
- Follow on-screen prompts to confirm the buffer value.
- Repeat for subsequent buffer solutions.
5.2.2. Redox Calibration
Redox electrodes typically do not require calibration in the same way as pH electrodes. However, their functionality can be checked using a known Redox test solution.
5.3. Mõõtmiste tegemine
- Ensure the device is calibrated.
- Rinse the probe(s) with distilled water and blot dry.
- Immerse the probe(s) into the sample solution. Ensure the sensing part of the probe is fully submerged.
- Allow the reading to stabilize on the display.
- Salvesta mõõtmine.
- After measurement, rinse the probe(s) thoroughly and store according to maintenance guidelines.
6. Hooldus
6.1. Seadme puhastamine
Wipe the device housing with a soft, damp lapiga. Ärge kasutage abrasiivseid puhastusvahendeid ega lahusteid. Veenduge, et seadme avadesse ei satuks vedelikku.
6.2. Probe Care and Storage
- pH elektrood: Always keep the pH electrode wet. Store it in a suitable storage solution (e.g., 3M KCl solution or pH 4 buffer). Never store in distilled water.
- Redokselektrood: Store in a suitable storage solution or distilled water if not used for extended periods.
- Temperatuuri andur: Clean with distilled water after each use.
- Regularly inspect probes for damage or contamination.
6.3. Aku vahetamine
Replace batteries when the low battery indicator appears on the display. Refer to section 4.1 for battery installation instructions.
7. Veaotsing
| Probleem | Võimalik põhjus | Lahendus |
|---|---|---|
| Ekraani ei kuvata/seade ei lülitu sisse | Tühjad või valesti paigaldatud akud | Kontrollige patareide polaarsust; vahetage patareid välja. |
| Ebastabiilsed näidud | Dirty or damaged probe; insufficient immersion; air bubbles; incorrect calibration | Clean probe; ensure proper immersion; remove air bubbles; recalibrate. |
| Valed pH-näidud | Expired buffer solutions; dirty/damaged pH electrode; incorrect calibration | Use fresh buffer solutions; clean/replace electrode; recalibrate. |
| Ekraanil kuvatakse teadet „Viga” | Probe fault; internal device error | Check probe connection and condition. If error persists, contact support. |
