Setup: Loading Staples

To ensure proper function, use only STANLEY Type-G staples in 6mm (1-TRA705T), 8mm (1-TRA706T), or 10mm (1-TRA708T) sizes. The hammer tacker is designed to hold two sticks of staples to minimize reload times.

Open the Loading Mechanism: Locate the metal piece at the rear (butt) of the tacker. Push in on this piece and lift it up to release the spring-loaded plunger.
