2.2 Pre-conditioning for Optimal Performance

For maximum thermal efficiency, pre-condition the bottle before use:

• For hot beverages: Fill the bottle with hot tap water, attach the lid, and let it stand for 5 to 10 minutes. Empty the water before filling with your desired hot beverage.
• For cold beverages: Fill the bottle with cold tap water or ice water, attach the lid, and let it stand for 5 to 10 minutes. Empty the water before filling with your desired cold beverage.
