Ensure your headset is OFF, then press and hold the power button for about 5-6 seconds until the LED flashes alternating red and blue. Open your phone's Bluetooth settings and select the BeHear device from the list.
Briefly press shift the power button up while the device is on. The LED indicator will flash Green (50-100%), Yellow (10-50%), or Red (less than 10%). You can also check the percentage in the BeHear app.
The BeHear app allows you to perform a personal hearing assessment, fine-tune audio settings, activate 'Sound Focus' or 'Tinnitus Masking', and adjust the EasyListen feature to slow down speech during phone calls.
Unexpected behavior can often be resolved by connecting the device to its charger. This action typically resets the unit.
