Installing the Cutting Bit:

The DSPIAE Integral Circular Cutter supports both concentric cutting and center positioning cutting.

General Cutting Procedure:

1. Place the material to be cut on a suitable cutting mat or protective surface.
2. Position the cutter over the desired cutting area.
3. Apply gentle, even pressure to the top of the cutter.
4. Rotate the cutter clockwise or counter-clockwise to make the cut. Multiple rotations with increasing pressure may be required for thicker materials.
5. Once the cut is complete, carefully lift the cutter and remove the cut circle.

Concentric Cutting:

This method is used to cut two concentric circles, creating a ring or washer shape.

1. Cut the first circle: Set the desired radius for the inner circle using the red indicator. Perform the cut as described in the general procedure.
2. Detach the scale panel: The quick-releasing design allows for easy detachment of the transparent scale panel. This exposes the central pivot point.
3. Set the outer circle radius: Re-install the scale panel. Adjust the red indicator to the desired radius for the outer circle.
4. Cut the outer circle: With the scale panel re-installed and the outer radius set, perform the cut. The central pivot point ensures concentricity with the first cut.

Center Positioning Cutting:

This method allows you to precisely position the center of your circle before cutting.

1. Position the center: Use the transparent scale panel to align the center of the cutter with the desired center point on your material. The concentric circles on the panel aid in precise alignment.
2. Install scale panel with preset radius: Ensure the cutting bit is installed and the desired radius is set on the scale panel.
3. Rotate for cutting: Apply gentle pressure and rotate the panel counterclockwise to make the cut.
