- Setting Wake Time (Green Light): After setting bedtime, press 'Sleep Trainer' again. When the wake time hour flashes, use '+' and '-' to set the desired wake-up time. The clock will display a green light at this time, indicating it's okay to wake up.
- Persistent Nightlight: The red nightlight remains lit for an extended period after the bedtime alarm sounds, before the green light activates, providing a continuous visual cue for the child.
