This pump is designed for pumping clear or slightly contaminated water from various sources such as ponds, rain barrels, and flooded basements.
2. Üldised ohutusjuhised
Always observe the following safety precautions to prevent injury and damage to the pump:
- Elektriohutus: Ensure the power supply matches the pump's specifications (230 Volts). Always connect the pump to a properly grounded outlet protected by a Residual Current Device (RCD) with a tripping current of no more than 30 mA. Do not operate the pump with a damaged power cord or plug.
- Veeohutus: Never operate the pump in swimming pools or areas where people are in the water. Do not pump flammable, explosive, or corrosive liquids.
- Isiklik ohutus: Keep children and unauthorized persons away from the pump during operation. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment if necessary.

4. Seadistamine
4.1 Connecting the Discharge Hose
Attach a suitable discharge hose (not included) to the pump's outlet. Ensure the connection is secure and watertight to prevent leaks and maintain optimal flow. The pump is designed to accommodate standard hose connections.

4.2 Pumba paigutamine
Place the pump on a stable, level surface in the water to be pumped. Ensure the pump is fully submerged and not resting directly on mud or debris, which could block the intake. If necessary, suspend the pump using a rope attached to its handle.
4.3 Elektriühendus
Connect the pump's power plug to a grounded electrical outlet (230V) that is protected by an RCD. Ensure the power cord is not stretched, pinched, or submerged in water during operation.
4.4 Adjusting the Float Switch
The float switch controls the automatic on/off function of the pump. Adjust the length of the float switch cable to set the desired water levels for activation and deactivation. A longer cable length between the pump and the float switch will result in a wider operating range (higher on-level, lower off-level).

5. Pumba kasutamine
5.1 Automaatne töö
Once the pump is connected and the float switch is adjusted, the pump will automatically start when the water level rises and lifts the float switch. It will stop when the water level drops and the float switch falls below the minimum level.
5.2 Käsitsi kasutamine
For continuous operation, the float switch can be secured in an upright position. This will keep the pump running regardless of the water level. Ettevaatust: Do not allow the pump to run dry, as this can cause severe damage. Monitor the water level closely during manual operation.
5.3 Väljalülitamine
To stop the pump, either allow the float switch to drop to its off-position (automatic mode) or unplug the pump from the power supply (manual mode). Remove the pump from the water after use and clean it thoroughly.
6. Hooldus

After each use, especially when pumping dirty water, rinse the pump with clean water to remove any debris. Check the intake screen for blockages and clean it if necessary. Disconnect from power before cleaning.
